Surface treatment on an industrial scale
Metal surface treatment is done at Aurea Steel in Kankaanpää where 1,650 m2 of floor space is usable for such processes. In more detail the space is divided in the following way:
- Paint shop 480 m2 with 16 t lifting capacity
- Washing and preparation hall 480 m2
- Steel blasting chamber 14 m x 5 m x 3,5 m
- Sand blasting hall 10 m x 30 m x 5 m
Naturally, based on our work area, we can take on large-scale projects, no matter if it’s a vast amount of sheet metal surface treatment to be done or a huge machine part that needs surface treatment.
In addition, we perform steam-washing, blasting with steel or slag, and spray painting according to specified program.
