Metal surface treatment

Metal surface treatment is done at Aurea Steel in Kankaanpää where 1,650 m² of floor space is usable for such processes. In more detail the space is divided in the following way:

• Paint shop 480 m² with 16 t lifting capacity
• Washing and preparation hall 480 m²
• Steel blasting chamber 14 m x 5 m x 3,5 m
• Sand blasting hall 10 m x 30 m x 5 m

Naturally, based on our work area, we can take on large-scale projects, no matter if it’s a vast amount of sheet metal surface treatment to be done or a huge machine part that needs surface treatment.

In addition, we perform steam-washing, blasting with steel or slag, and spray painting according to specified program.
